Peppermint Candies

INSTRUCTIONS

1. On Creative Hands® Red Foam Sheet, measure a 11 3/4-in. square and cut.
2. To find the center, use a ruler to lightly draw diagonal lines across opposite corners of the square. Use a thumbtack to pierce center of square and flip over.
3. Tie one end of a string to a thumbtack and the other end of the string to a pencil near the point. The string must measure 5 7/8-in. from the thumbtack to the pencil. Place the thumbtack in the hole in the center of the square. Draw a circle and then cut.
4. Trace one center circle template on red foam remnants from step above and set aside.
5. Trace six swirl templates onto white foam sheets, then cut.
6. Place swirls on the red foam circle equal distances apart. Make sure white and red round edges match then glue.
7. Place red circle in center over tips of swirls and glue.
