Candle Centerpiece

  • Difficulty Level: Beginner
  • Materials Needed:
    • Round green Styrofoam base, approximately 8 inches in diameter
    • Floral Pins ( #3232)
    • Floral Picks ( #8289-40)
    • Your choice of silk flowers or leaves
    • 2 matching candles
    • 2 Candle Cups ( #8270-40)
    • Hot glue gun

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Begin by choosing your favorite silk flowers and foliage.
  2. Place the 2 candles in the candle cups and place in center of Styrofoam base.
  3. Arrange your flowers and foliage around the base in a circular pattern. Work from the inside out. Be sure to fill in all empty spaces.
  4. Use floral pins to secure each section of flowers to the base. Use hot glue for added reinforcement.
  5. BOW: fold ribbon as shown below, but do not knot. Instead, tie center together with wired floral picks and insert into Styrofoam base. For best results, use wired ribbon for bows. Tip: For a larger bow, fold extra loops before tying center.
























  6. Add decorative accents such as beaded fruits and more bows for a finishing touch.
