Potpourri Doll™

    • 1 Potpourri Doll™ ( #3173)
    • Potpourri
    • 1 Felt square, to match flower colors
    • 8 Assorted small silk or paper flowers
    • 1 1-in. Appliqué butterfly
    • 3.375-in. Four-hole buttons
    • Embroidery floss
    • Hot glue
    • Pinking shears
    • Scissors
    • Pencil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Assemble doll as directed on package.
  2. Using pinking shears, cut a 3.75-in. diameter circle of felt for the hat. Cut a 1.5-in. diameter circle from the center.
  3. Using both left over ribbon ends from the potpourri pouch, tie a tiny double bow with long streamers. Glue to the back of the hat.
  4. Glue the flowers on the front of the hat.
  5. Fold butterfly in half, glue to doll’s arm along fold so butterfly stands up on doll’s arm.
  6. Using embroidery floss, stitch an “x” in each button, secure floss under button. Glue buttons down front of potpourri pouch.
