Native American Air Freshener Doll

#3067) - 1 Cone-shaped air freshener
- 12-in. diameter White fabric circle
- 9-in. diameter Turquoise felt circle
- 4 White Chenille Stems (
#3225-59) - 1 Red Chenille Stem (
#3225-59) - 1 Black Chenille Stem (
#3225-59) - 7 5 mm Black pom poms (
#1571-55) - 2 White feathers (
#2502-01) - Scissors or craft knife
- Ruler
- Wire cutter (
#1090) - Hot glue gun

INSTRUCTIONS
- SKIRT: Fold fabric circle in half and then in half again. Cut tip as shown in figure below. Fold and trim felt circle the same way. Cut 1 in. fringe around both circle edges.
- Pull felt circle onto doll to waistline. Pull fabric circle onto doll under felt. Spot glue white underskirt to waist, gathering where necessary. Spot glue felt skirt to waist over white underskirt. Glue or place doll onto air freshener.
- WAIST SASH: Cut 1 black stem in half. Glue 1 half of black stem around waist to cover felt edge. Reserve other half. Cut 3 white stems in half. Glue 3 white half-stems to doll above black stem. Reserve other 3 halves.
- BODICE: Hold reserved black stem, 1 reserved white stem and half of a red stem together with red stem in middle; bend into a “V.” Glue tip of “V” to front center waist. Curve ends behind neck so ends meet; trim excess and glue.
- SKIRT FINISHING: Bend 1 white stem to form 7 points. Glue stem around waist with top points touching black stem, overlapping ends at back. Glue pom poms on bottom points.
- FINISHING: Wrap 2 reserved white stem pieces around braid ends. Trim 2 feathers to pointed tips; glue behind headband.
